Volunteers are needed for this year's SpringElation: JARCapalooza! JARCapalooza is an all-inclusive, family friendly night at Emagine in Royal Oak to raise critical funds to support JARC’s range of services for men, women and children with disabilities, including autism and developmental delays.
Volunteers are needed for a variety of jobs at the event:
- Greeting/Welcoming guests
- Collecting tickets
- Passing out programs
- Helping at the JARC/raffle table
- Assisting at the bowling counter
- Helping at the various Entertainment attractions
- Being an Event Information Floater
Choose one of two shifts, so you can enjoy the event before or after your shift! (Shift start time is when you need to be at the Volunteer Check-In) Please note: Greeters will have different shift times than all other volunteers:
(FULL - NO LONGER AVAILABLE) Shift #1 is from 5:15 - 7:00 pm
Still need help...Shift #2 is from 7:00 - 8:30 pm
(FULL - NO LONGER AVAILABLE) Greeter Shift #1: 5:00 - 6:30 pm
Greeter Shift #2: 6:15 - 7:30 pm
In addition to accessing the entire event before or after your shift, all volunteers receive dinner and a volunteer T-shirt! Adult volunteers also receive one FREE additional ticket to the event!
