Help JARC at Arts, Beats & Eats - Sept. 3-6
Oakland County's favorite Summer festival celebrating art, music, cuisine and humanity returns Stepmber 3-6, 2010. Now in its 13th year, Ford Arts, Beats & Eats will take place in downtown Royal Oak for the very first time. The festival will offer more than 200 performances on ten stages, a highly-ranked Juried Fine Arts Show, local restaurants with some of the finest cuisine in Metro-Detroit and many international, regional and local attractions.
JARC is honored to have been chosen as one of the Arts, Beats & Eats non-profit partners and will share in a portion of the proceeds raised at the event. Volunteers (aged 18 and older) are needed on Sunday, September 5th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to help take in the entrance fees and affix wristbands to paid guests. The ability to stand for the entire time is required. All JARC volunteers will receive one 5-day pass to Arts, Beats & Eats to enable them to enjoy the festivities at their leisure.
