Shaindle Braunstein has worked for nearly 20 years in leadership roles at local social service agencies. Along with her leadership experience she has a strong background in programs, technology and finance. Shaindle has an M.B.A. from Walsh College, is a trustee alumnus of the Jewish Women's Foundation and an American Express Leadership Academy Fellow.

Mario comes from the public accounting world with over nine years of accounting and finance experience. Before coming to JARC, he worked for Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP in the assurance practice. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in Business Administration and Accounting. Mario previously served on the Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA, Inc) board as Director of Treasury, Michigan Chapter.
Jacob Gottlieb, Chief Advancement Officer

Jacob was born and raised in Metro Detroit and is a proud graduate of Jewish day schools and the University of Michigan. Before JARC, Jacob worked at the Jewish Federation of Detroit in the Israel & Overseas Department. He also serves as a chair for the Residential Providers group for the Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies. Jacob is involved in several Jewish organizations, in Michigan and around the world, including JDC, Tamarack Camps, and OneTable.

Shulamith is driven by a passion for people. With a background of 24 years in teaching and administration across multiple Jewish day schools and a decade dedicated to human resources in JFMD and JARC, she brings a wealth of experience in treating people from diverse backgrounds with respect, professionalism, and warmth. Armed with an MBA from Bellevue University and a natural flair for organization, she ensures the efficiency of operations at JARC and cultivates a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
