Restraints and Seclusion NOT part of JARC's Philosophy

JARC's philosophy of care includes following the principles of JARC Heart and Gentle Teaching.  JARC believes that the use of physical restraints and seclusion to control behavior in schools and community settings violates the rights of a person with a disability.
