Consumer Choice

JARC’s Independent Living Program also provides one-to-one training for adults who currently live with their families, and who plan to move into the community in the future.

Some of the training areas provided by Consumer Choice staff include cooking and meal planning, budgeting skills, familiarity with the public transportation system, safety skills at home and in the community, and making doctor’s appointments.
