JARC is a non-sectarian, non-profit organization founded in 1969 by a group of parents concerned about the future of their children with developmental disabilities.

Today, we are committed to providing a rich continuum of services – from in-home respite care for children and young adults to independent living services and group homes for adults.

JARC's Mission

JARC's mission is to enrich the lives of people with disabilities through gentle and loving support, valued relationships, and engagement with the community, in accordance with Jewish values.
